Returns and Refunds Policy

Here at Just Great! we aim to keep our customers happy, and have a simple returns policy in place.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please notify us of your decision to return items within 30 days of receipt of goods by e-mail at info@justgreat.com and we can advise of returns options, and issue a returns order number.

To ensure a full refund, the item to be returned needs to be unused, and must have its original packaging undamaged and intact. To guarantee delivery, we'd recommend that you send back your return using a tracked service.  When returning any items, we recommend that you hold on to proof of shipping as we can’t take responsibility for any parcels that are mislaid in transit.

DAMAGED AND REJECTED GOODS

As the customer, you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt; you’ll be deemed to have accepted the goods in good condition unless you notify us within 7 days that the goods are damaged and rejected. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory quality and condition, and may not accept any damaged or rejected items at a later date. If goods purchased from us through this website have been damaged in transit we will refund or exchange them and bear all transport charges.

PAYMENT REFUNDS

The card or payment method used for the purchase will be credited with full original purchase and delivery costs. The returned product must be received by Just Great! before the refund or replacement can be issued.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction. The order will be considered valid and the customer will remain liable for the full payment until the goods are returned.
